Join our Q2 San Francisco User Group on May 26th!

It will be a great chance to get insider info on our newest features, meet fellow users, and learn Zendesk best practices - all live and in person. If your team is big or small, if you’re a total n00b or even if you’re a seasoned expert, our user group will teach you new ways to leverage Zendesk and help your team succeed.

Agenda

  • 6:00 - 6:30pm: Registration & networking
  • 6:30 - 7:00pm: Hear from the Zendesk product team about recent releases with a sneak peek into upcoming features
  • 7:00 - 7:40pm: Breakout sessions: Discuss your challenges, get your questions answered, and discover how your peers approach customer service
  • 7:40 - 8:00pm: Networking & wrap-up
Validation Sessions

Give feedback about selected upcoming features directly to the Zendesk team in lieu of the product presentation or a breakout session. Participation is optional. Time slots include:
  • 6:30 - 7:00pm: Session 1
  • 7:00 - 7:20pm: Session 2
  • 7:20 - 7:40pm: Session 3

Who should attend: This is a working product session intended for existing Zendesk customers. However, if you’re interested in Zendesk or customer service in general, please feel free to join us.

We would love to hear if there are specific topics or questions you would like discussed - please answer the optional questions during registration to get them added to the agenda. Food and drinks will be provided.
